Question 1

Who is IQAL?

Accepted Answer

A full creative and marketing agency, Saudi in founding and identity, based in Jeddah. We unite the mind (strategy, numbers, measured plans) and taste (creativity with an authentic Saudi identity), serving business owners with a complete system from a single source.

Question 2

What sets you apart?

Accepted Answer

Three things: we work with a mind before taste (every decision has a number behind it), our prices are public and our contracts are clear, and we have a published charter you can hold us to. Above all — we speak the market's language because we're from it.

Question 3

Do you serve outside Jeddah?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Jeddah is our base, but our digital services cover all cities of the Kingdom, and we coordinate events and shoots in other cities per the project.

Question 4

Which sectors do you have experience in?

Accepted Answer

Our team's accumulated experience has spanned energy, real estate, the legal sector, restaurants and retail, health and fitness, and the services sector — and each sector has its own language that we master.

Question 5

How does a partnership with you start?

Accepted Answer

With a free 30-minute introductory session: we listen to you, read your current situation, and give you 3 practical steps — whether you work with us or not. Then we send a detailed technical and financial proposal, and if you approve it we sign the contract and begin.

Question 6

Do you guarantee follower counts or sales?

Accepted Answer

No — and any agency that guarantees that, ask them how. Our contractual commitment is documented professional care: a written plan, execution at an approved quality, and transparent reports. We build results with you through numbers, not promises.

Question 7

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

An advance payment on signing and the rest per the contract schedule, with an installment option via Tamara (subject to eligibility). All financial details are written into the contract before any start.

Question 8

Who owns the rights to the designs and work?

Accepted Answer

You — intellectual property of the delivered work transfers to you after full payment, per the contract terms. And we commit not to show your work in our portfolio without your written permission.

Question 9

How many revision rounds per deliverable?

Accepted Answer

Two review rounds per deliverable within the agreed scope — and this is written in the contract. Out-of-scope changes are estimated by clear agreement before execution.

Question 10

What do you need from me as a client?

Accepted Answer

Three things that make the difference: your approvals on time (within 5 working days), accurate information about your product and audience, and complete candor with us — treat us like a partner, not a supplier.

Question 11

Is my data and project information safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes — confidentiality for us is a charter principle and a contractual commitment that outlasts the contract, and we comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Question 12

I have a project that's still just an idea… can you help?

Accepted Answer

This is the stage dearest to our heart: “before you enter the market… think.” The startup launch kit gives you an identity, a website, and a launch campaign — and saves you years of course-correction later.
