The IQAL Charter

This is what we believe in — and what you can hold us to.

Most companies write their "values" in a file and forget them. We wrote a charter — and we publish it in the open. Why? Because whoever keeps their principles secret can quietly abandon them. Whoever publishes them has made the whole market a witness. This page is our ethical contract with you before any paper one. Read it before you work with us — and if we ever breach a principle here, hold us to it. We mean it.

Discipline unseen… makes an impact seen.

  1. We start with the why, not the how

We don't open a design file before we understand why. Every project starts with one question: what's the business goal? And if you ask us for something that doesn't serve your goal — we'll tell you, even when it'd be easier to just execute and stay quiet.

  2. Think before you launch

Our slogan isn't decoration: “before you enter the market… think.” We study your market, competitors, and audience before the first post. The week we spend thinking saves you months of trial and error on your dime.

  3. Quality is not optional

Every piece that carries our name passes an internal review before it reaches you — and none of us signs off on their own work. If something below our standard reaches you, that's our mistake to fix at our cost, not a debate to open.

  4. We make impact, not noise

Trends come and go, and hype fades in a week. We build you a name that lasts: cumulative presence, a documented reputation, and customers who return. If all you want is a “bang” — the market has sellers for that, and we're not among them.

  5. We respect the audience's intelligence

We won't mislead your audience to please you: no fake followers, no bought comments, no ad promises your product can't keep. What deception wins in a day… the brand loses over years.

  6. Clarity is kinder than flattery

If your idea won't work — we'll tell you, politely and clearly, with an alternative. Flattery that costs you money is betrayal, not courtesy. For us: early honesty is the cheapest remedy.

  7. We promise what we deliver

Our prices are public, our contracts are written in detail, and the scope is clear before signing. We won't sell you a dream in the meeting then renegotiate its details after you pay. What you hear from us… is what you receive.

  8. The client is a partner, not an opponent

Your success is our real product — our portfolio grows when you grow. So we treat you as a partner at one table: we listen more than we talk, explain every decision, and celebrate your numbers as if they were ours.

  9. We respect time — yours and ours

Deadlines are a commitment for us, not an estimate. The delivery schedule is agreed in writing, and any delay we tell you about before you ask — with the reason and the new date. In return, we need your approvals on time to keep the work moving.

  10. The identity is not broken

Your visual identity is a trust we guard: we won't break your brand guidelines even if a rushed employee of yours asks, and we won't reuse one client's design for another. Every brand we serve deserves its own look, unlike any other.

  11. We learn from a mistake… once

We don't claim perfection — we claim accountability. Every mistake is logged, analyzed, and turned into a new working rule that prevents its return. The first mistake is a lesson; repeating it is a choice — and we don't choose it.

  12. Confidentiality is a trust

Your numbers, plans, data, and everything we access through the partnership — a trust we carry that outlasts the contract. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and we publish nothing about your work without your written permission.

  13. The team first

Great work comes from a team that is at ease and valued. We invest in our people, reject burnout culture, and believe the client only receives our best when our team is at its best.

  14. We aspire to be the reference

We didn't enter the market to be “one more agency.” We work so the name IQAL becomes a benchmark: when respectable Saudi marketing is mentioned, we're mentioned. A big ambition? True. But the iqal is only worn with the head held high.

This is our charter. We didn't write it to decorate the site — we wrote it to be held to it. So if you find an agency that shares these principles and puts them before you, in writing, before you sign… then you've arrived.
